It may sound silly, but there is one thing that, as a photographer, I feel I am completely incapable of seeing:
landscapes (sceneries and panoramas and so on)
This… thing that I call blindness has been bugging me for a while now.
For years I ignored it since the very issue of scenery has never really been of much fascination to my taste.
But in time, I have come to reflect upon it, and now and then I will try my hand at something that could be defined as a panorama - a couple of examples can be seen on the One jaunt at the lake gallery I have previously posted.
One reason why I am so into iPhone photography is the number of apps that can help broaden one’s fantasy and the challenges these invite you to take. Percolator is just one of these many beautiful little things.
Here is then a series/study I called Paysages, meant to help me discovering but most of all studying, disassembling and re-imagining sceneries, sights, views, panoramas and so on with the help of Percolator and a few apps more.
View the Paysages while I post them on my other Tumblr blog »
